The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association is pleased to offer IRM classes. Participants who successfully complete the four IRM classes may qualify for the prestigious MIRM designation.

Certified New Home Sales Professional and Master CSP Classes
SNHBA offers both the Certified New Home Sales Professional and Master CSP series of classes, professional-level courses designed for specialists in new home sales.
CSP participants gain a broad understanding of the home building business, discuss consumer psychology, and learn the advanced techniques used by real estate veterans for greeting, closing and overcoming objections. Other topics include construction process overview, financial and legal aspects of new home sales, and the art of customer service.
The Master CSP classes and designation are an extension of the CSP classes and offer a higher and broader level of educational opportunity for new-home industry professionals. Some of the topics include building for Boomers and beyond, business management for building professionals, house construction as a selling tool, essential closing strategies, customer service, sales and marketing, market-focused residential design, and working with and marketing to older adults.
Some of the courses are approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division for continuing education credits.
