The 2008 Southern Nevada Housing Day, with the Housing Outlook economic forecast presentation and the SNHBA Builders Show featuring about 80 major building industry manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors, was held on March 26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center's North Hall with about 700 real estate, building and development professionals attended the day-long event. This year, there were also educational
classes on green building and sales/marketing skills during the afternoon.
Southern Nevada Housing Day is presented annually by the Southern Nevada
Home Builders Association and corporate partner Southwest Gas Corp.
The 2008 Housing Outlook sponsors were Countrywide Home Loans,
Elite Foam Barrier, LLC, EMBARQ, the Las Vegas Review-Journal/Las Vegas Sun
and the Las Vegas New Homes Guide. The Mardian Ranch/Mardian Group
