Prominent construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Controller to oversee the upcoming hotel/casino expansion project. Responsible for the monthly project billings to the owner, the timely processing and payment of all subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices, review of project costing, and working closely with project manager and subcontractors.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required. 4-6 years minimum experience in construction accounting and AIA billing documents. Knowledge of job costing software, Microsoft Excel and Word.

Should have at least 5 years relevant experience, MS civil/geotechnical engineering, and ability to obtain Nevada P.E. within 12 months.
Grading Inspector
Requirements include one of the following: NICET Level II-GET certification; Graduate Engineer; or Graduate Geologist. Must also have at least 2 years relevant experience.
ICBO Certified Special Inspector
Performs field testing and observation of soil, concrete and masonry construction. Requires understanding of engineering and construction principles and related experience. ACI, NICET, NAQTC or ICBO certifications preferred.
