MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To join the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, please read the following descriptions of our membership categories; decide in which category you belong; then, click the category button below to download a membership application.


BUILDER MEMBERSHIPS are available to persons, firms or corporations that are or have been in the business of building, rebuilding, and/or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community; or in land development; or maintain a state of Nevada B2 or AB contractor's license; and who perform this construction or reside within the territorial jurisdiction of this association; are of good character and business reputation; agree to abide by the provisions of the by-laws of this association; subscribe to the purposes of this association; and meet with the approval of the association's board of directors.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS are available to any person, firm or corporation engaged in any allied trade, industry or profession within the territorial jurisdiction of this association; who is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the by-laws; subscribes to the purposes of this association; and meets with the approval of the board of directors.

GOVERNMENT MEMBERSHIPS are available to individuals employed by a local, state, or national government or governmental agency.

NON-PROFIT MEMBERSHIPS are available to individuals employed by a company that is a not-for-profit organization.
